Your Contribution

As an integral member of the Agentis Capital team you will be challenged to accept increasing levels of responsibility as you coordinate all recruiting activities for Agentis. You will work directly with senior management to lead the entire recruitment process for all facets of the business. Your work will directly impact the success of the firm.

Your role will include:

  • Developing and maintaining an internal recruiting plan for all required staff including Directors, Analysts, Business Analysts, Interns and any other required staff

  • Assisting in the development of the recruitment schedule and planning with universities including organizing any events and ensuring Agentis meets recruitment deadlines

  • Connecting with interested individuals about positions at Agentis via phone calls, in person meetings and email to answer questions and provide detail about current career opportunities

  • Communicating with selected candidates, including facilitating and monitoring testing, first, and second round interviews in Vancouver and Toronto

  • Periodically writing and generating progress reports on hiring for senior management

  • Coordinating with recruiting stakeholders including university career centers and other applicable third parties

  • Identifying and executing on opportunities to additional opportunities to promote Agentis Capital as an employer and improve the recruiting reach of the firm such as sponsorships and networking events for employees to attend

  • Managing Agentis Capital LinkedIn page to develop a following and share firm-related news

  • Working independently and with limited supervision

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a prior recruiting role is an asset

  • Highly motivated with a combination of strong organizational skills, and an excellent capacity to communicate

  • Desire to assume increasing levels of authority and seek solutions to all problems

  • Committed to producing meticulous, accurate and thorough work product

  • Exceptional level of dedication to the firm and its success

  • Ability to work effectively with others and alone (expect most work product to be completed alone with limited oversight)
