When operating as buy-side financial advisor, we integrate closely with our client's team and develop a comprehensive understanding of the target. As our client's sell-side advisor, we develop a deep understanding of the seller’s industry, prepare comprehensive financial forecasts, identify and manage potential strategic and financial buyers, execute a well-structured auction process, manage negotiations, and direct the successful conclusion of the transaction.
