Agentis Capital Advisors (“ACA”) is a boutique financial advisor with extensive global experience and a specific focus on infrastructure finance. ACA acts as sell-side, buy-side, procurement and financing advisor on a wide variety of global infrastructure transactions within the renewable power, energy, transportation and public-private partnership sectors. Our clients include leading infrastructure funds, pension funds, governments, and contractors. In addition to financial advisory, ACA performs asset management services for over $5bn of infrastructure projects in the United States and Canada.
As an integral member of the Asset Management Services team you will be challenged to accept increasing levels of responsibility as you develop your skills and reputation. You will work closely with a number of senior staff and have exposure to a wide variety of asset types and valuation methodologies. Your work will directly impact our clients and the firm.
Your role will include:
Maintaining and managing complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, with a focus on incorporating financial statement updates
Developing asset and portfolio/fund valuations using a variety of approaches
Preparing client presentations and memos and participating actively in associated client discussions
Supporting a variety of business functions including internal accounting, regulatory compliance, and business development
Representing Agentis Capital in Vancouver’s finance community by attending industry and networking events

Your Skills and Experience
2-3 years of industry experience
Completion of at least one of the following programs: CPA Program, CFA Program, or CBV Program
Highly motivated with a combination of strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and an entrepreneurial disposition
Desire to assume increasing levels of authority and seek solutions to complex problems
Committed to producing meticulous, accurate and thorough work product under tight deadlines
Exceptional level of dedication to the firm and its clients
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
