Robert Van Belle

Prior to Agentis, Rob worked at the Macquarie Group and the Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones (a unit of the Inter-American Development Bank). Rob earned his MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC.

Rob has completed buy-side, sell-side, and project finance capital raise mandates, with a total aggregate value of committed financing and completed transactions of more than $6 billion. Rob has also managed restructuring projects and worked with management of companies following transactions he has completed. Rob has spoken at a number of conferences on project financing and maintains relationships with debt and equity sponsors active in this space. Rob resides in North Vancouver with his wife and three young (growing) children.

Landon Downs, CFA

Landon has worked on a wide range of transactions and opportunities including capital raisings, buy-side and sell-side financial advisory mandates, international financing transactions, and project finance transactions with a total aggregate value of committed financing and completed transactions of more than $6 billion.

Prior to Agentis, Landon worked at the Macquarie Group in the investment banking division and in the treasury department at one of BC's top 50 companies. Landon received a Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction) from the University of Victoria and is a member of the CFA society.

In addition to working in the corporate finance and investment banking field, Landon has served on the board of or advised several non-profit organizations including the Victoria CFA Society, Fernwood NRG and the Victoria Street News.

Andrew Grieve

Andrew has worked on a wide variety of transactions, including restructuring transactions, capital raisings, take-private transactions, general M&A transactions, and high-yield loan transactions, with a total aggregate value of committed financing and completed transactions of more than $8 billion. Andrew has also managed assets post-transaction, working closely with management teams to solve operational issues and meet forecasts.

Prior to Agentis, Andrew worked at the Macquarie Group in Vancouver and Chicago. Andrew received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of BC, where he recently returned to teach an applied investment banking course for students looking to enter the field.

Andrew has also been a member of the Primary Reserves of the Canadian Forces for the past seven years. Andrew is currently the Battery Captain of the 31st Battery of the 15th Field Artillery Regiment, Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery and holds the rank of Captain.
